A web app is a mapping, analysis, or data-driven application that runs in a web browser. In most cases they are configurable and are hosted in ArcGIS. It is designed and built using a , HTML, CSS and JavaScript. A web app is designed for users to view and interact with geographical data, such as locations of landmarks, businesses, or even real-time traffic updates in a web browser.
