The developer dashboard is a tool in the ArcGIS Developers website used to manage API keys, monitor location service usage and data storage, create hosted layers and data services, access API downloads, find applications and tools, and administer ArcGIS accounts. A ArcGIS Online account or ArcGIS Developer account is required to access the developer dashboard.
