Arc GISTiled Sublayer
A sublayer of an ArcGIS tiled layer. A tiled sublayer can be an individual layer or table in a cached ArcGIS map service. This property is available once its ArcGISTiledLayer is loaded or you can obtain a collection of sublayers from another tiled sublayer by using ArcGISSublayer.sublayers.

The sub layer contents of a layer content.
The collection of sublayers of a sublayer. This collection is usually empty unless the parent layer is loaded. Modifying this collection has no effect unless this sublayer is associated with an ArcGIS map service that supports dynamic layers. "Supports Dynamic Layers" must be set to true in the ArcGIS MapServer REST Services Directory.
